At The Punjabi Kudi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.
Condition of Items
Items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from any damage, stains, or odours
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customised or personalised items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return

- We'll provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions
- Package your items securely and include the return form
- Send the package using the provided return label
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred item.
